FIN FUR and FEATHER
GAME PRESERVE

Dear ~~first_name~~,

We are checking on availability of birds for this year's Game Preserve program, and September 15 is the target day for opening.  This email is being sent to last year's members and those individuals who have expressed an interest in joining the program for the coming year.

To take into account increases in expenses that just seem to fly away, we have set the membership fee at $500 for the coming year.  Within the week this will be charged to your account, and if you wish to participate this year, just login to your account on the website and pay the fee so we can reactivate your bird pen access card.  Since activation is not able to be immediate, we ask that you plan to renew as soon as possible or, at the very least, several days before you intend to hunt.  Also, if you need to renew your Club membership, now is the time to do it!

If you are one of the several prospective members who have not taken the Club's required hunting safety program, please be in touch with me for scheduling by using the email below.

If you chose not to participate in the program this year, please let me know, and I can have the charge removed from your account.

In the past, we have allowed members to indicate in advance whether or not they would help out on volunteer work days and pay a reduced fee for that option.  This year, the procedure has changed, and for those who ultimately attend a voluntary work day, we will process a one-time credit to their account in the amount of $50.  The Club relies heavily on it's members to participate in work days, so we hope this will be an incentive for more members to help out in maintaining their Club's varied programs.

After you login to the website, it would also be helpful if you would review the additional data page on your profile to make sure licensing information is current and to indicate whether or not you have a dog.

If you have forgotten your login information, there is a login in icon on the top right hand corner of the home page, and, if you click on it, you will be given the opportunity to have your credentials sent to you.

Thank you for your attention to all of this.  We look forward to a fine hunting season beginning around September 15th.
