RANGES

The pistol ranges at the Fin, Fur and Feather offer Club members, their families and guests a safe, well maintained, and clean location to enjoy shooting year-round.

The Indoor Range is a standard 50-foot NRA range that was completely renovated in 2018. The heated range offers 8 shooting stations, an advanced ventilation system, excellent lighting, bullet resistant station walls, and electronic key access.

The 75-foot Outdoor Range offers 16 shooting stations, covered firing line, LED station lighting, sound deadening range walls, electronic key access, flashing safety lights, no blue-sky range baffles, and electronic key access. The targets can be placed at any distance from 10 to 75 feet.  Steel plate and tree steel targets are available in lanes 13-16.

The Fin, Fur, and Feather Club has an active pistol team. We are a member of the Maspenock Handgun League and Worcester County Pistol League.  The team competes in NRA-approved pistol matches every Wednesday evening from September through April. The season consists of 30 matches, 15 at home and 15 away. You can use iron or red dot sights. The Pistol Team also shoots each Wednesday evening during the summer, from late April through August. New shooters are always welcome and encouraged to participate. You need only be a Club Member and have access to a .22 caliber pistol. For more information about the pistol team, please contact rifleandpistol@finfurandfeather.us.
