Fishing


Fishing at Fin Fur and Feather’s Trout Pond is the perfect way for members and their families to relax and unwind. The Trout Pond is located behind the Clubhouse and is adjacent to the Charles River. We host a Scout Fishing Derby and a Member Fishing Derby in May of each year. The Trout Pond is stocked in the spring and can be fished 7 days per week from sunrise to sunset. Trout Pond Rules


All non-trout species of fish caught in the Trout Pond must be either taken home or put into the Charles River. These non-trout species compete for the same food supply as the stocked trout. Also, any trout that are caught and show any signs of stress, bleeding, or have swallowed the hook must not be put back in the pond as they will not survive.
